Server/ Measure

Intro
Server/ Measure enables the spaghetti server itself to measure the correct amount of pasta for one to cook. The draining hole has adapted to be the perfect size for one portion of spaghetti, and the base of the scoop has flattened to allow users to measure the spaghetti straight from the packet.

Motivation
In the jungle of the modern urban kitchen, utensils have evolved to serve their individual fundamental functions. Over time, the spaghetti server has developed finger-like fins to grasp the long, thin slippery pieces of pasta securely, and has grown a hole in the centre of the spoon to allow the water to escape from the pasta. It's shape therefore become iconic in our perception.
However, the spaghetti scoop as it has evolved to currently is missing one vital feature: it's connection to the cooking process. Intelligent evolution of the spaghetti scoop to connect to our interaction with it while we are using it is the next step.
Along with Tea Strainer and Tilt, Server/ Measure keeps the "Classic" "innovative" and make the cooking process continuous.
